Does it integrate with our existing calendar — Outlook or Exchange?
Yes. Team and group calendars connect to Outlook and Exchange so scheduled meetings appear where your people already manage their time. There is no need to manage a separate calendar system.
Can external partners or guests join meetings securely?
Yes. External guests are invited into a single scoped group. They can participate in meetings and see content shared with that group — nothing else on the platform is visible to them. There are no open join links that bypass access controls.
Is messaging encrypted and archived?
Yes. Messages are stored in encrypted databases hosted in Germany/EU. Every message and file is archived and fully searchable under your management — ready for compliance or legal review at any time. On-premise installation is available for organisations that need full infrastructure control.
