Your own branded network — every member, every institution, one platform.
Build a digital home for your members and institutions under your own brand. Give each organization its own protected sub-network, and invite partners or citizens into scoped groups — without giving them access to anything else.
Your members are scattered across closed groups on platforms you do not own.
Members and partner organizations end up in Facebook Groups, WhatsApp chats, or closed LinkedIn groups — on infrastructure you have no control over. Your brand is invisible. Member data belongs to a third-party platform. When those platforms change their rules, you have no recourse.
Scaling means paying per seat. Bringing in external partners or citizens requires workarounds that expose your internal data. And there is no single branded space where your entire network can meet, communicate, and collaborate.
There is a better way.
A network that looks like yours — and stays under your control.
Communication Node gives you a fully branded network where every member organization gets its own protected space. External partners can be invited into scoped groups without touching the rest of your network.
Full white-label branding
Your logo, your colors, your domain. The network looks like your platform — not a third-party product.
Sub-networks per organization
Every institution or member organization gets its own protected space with its own settings and membership.
Scoped extranet for external partners
Invite citizens, partners, or clients into a bounded group. They see only what they should — nothing more.
Unified communication layer
News, chat, meetings, and announcements all live inside the same branded network. No switching tools.
No per-seat limits
Scale to entire federations — 30,000+ members per instance, with no per-user fee.
GDPR-compliant member data
Member data stays in Germany/EU under your control — not on a consumer social platform you cannot audit.
Result: One branded home for an entire network — under your control, not a platform you rent from someone else.
Replaces closed groups on others’ social networks.

From umbrella organizations to franchise networks.
Municipal intranet & extranet
An umbrella organization creates separate sub-networks for each institution and invites citizens or partner bodies into bounded extranet groups — all under a single branded platform. Each institution controls its own space; the umbrella controls everything.
Franchise & dealer network (commercial)
A business sets up a branded partner portal: one sub-network per franchisee or dealer, shared communications under the parent brand, scoped access so no partner can see another's data. No per-seat billing as the network grows.
About the Branded Network
Can each institution have its own space?
Yes. Every member organization or institution gets its own protected sub-network with its own settings, membership list, and content. The umbrella organization sees the whole picture; each institution manages only its own space.
Is it really white-label?
Yes. You can apply your own logo, brand colors, and domain name. Members see your network — there is no third-party "Powered by" badge or vendor branding unless you choose to show it.
How do we add external partners or citizens safely?
External participants are invited into scoped groups. They see only the content of that group — nothing from the wider network or other sub-networks. Access can be time-limited and revoked at any point.
Your data never leaves your control.
